Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to any registrant (speaker, attendee or other participant) at a MAGI conference and MAGI (including First Clinical Research LLC and the International Institute for Business Information & Growth LLC (iiBIG), and their suppliers).
CONTENT OF CONFERENCE: The conference program and speakers may change (including cancellation of sessions and workshops) without notice. Views expressed by speakers are not necessarily the views of MAGI nor the speakers' respective organizations. MAGI accepts no liability for any such changes, cancellations or views.
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS: Check with your professional organization to verify that any CNE or CLE hours available through the conference qualify for your continuing education requirements.
PERMISSION TO USE ELECTRONIC RECORDINGS: By participating in the conference, you acknowledge that MAGI may make electronic recordings of the event; and you agree that your image and voice may be included in such recordings and used by MAGI for educational, promotional and commercial purposes.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, TRANSFERS AND SUBSTITUTIONS: Send requests for cancellations, refunds, transfers and substitutions to iiBIG by mail at 276 Fifth Ave., Suite 905, New York, NY 10001, by fax at 1.212.300.2529, or by email at donb@iibig.com. Cancellations, refunds and transfers may not be made by telephone or on-line.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: You may cancel your conference registration provided notice of cancellation is received by iiBIG more than 30 calendar days prior to the conference. If notice of cancellation is so received, a refund of any amount paid -- less a $199 administrative fee -- will be made within 30 days after the conference.
TRANSFERS AND SUBSTITUTIONS: You may transfer your registration, at no charge to any other MAGI conference held within 13 months of the date of the original conference. Or, you may substitute any other employee or member of your company or organization. Requests for transfers and substitutions must be received by iiBIG by mail or by email at least 10 calendar days prior to the conference. Requests for substitution must include the name and full contact details of the substitute registrant.
FAILURE TO ATTEND: If you do not attend or otherwise participate in the conference, no refunds or transfers will be issued.
VENUE/DATE SUBJECT TO CHANGE: MAGI reserves the right to reschedule the date and change the venue of the conference provided notice of such change(s) is sent to you at least 30 calendar days prior to the original date of the conference. If MAGI cancels a conference for any reason, a complete refund will be made of any and all registration fees paid for such conference. If MAGI reschedules the date and/or venue of any conference less than 30 calendar days prior to the original date of the conference, MAGI may reduce registration fees and/or issue refunds based on the circumstances at its sole discretion. If MAGI cancels, reschedules or changes the venue of the conference for any reason; and/or if you cancel, transfer or substitute your registration for any reason, MAGI assumes no liability for any non-refundable or additional costs related to travel to and from; and/or for lodging at the conference that you may have paid or committed to pay in anticipation of such conference. Registration and other fees are held by iiBIG, which assumes sole liability for any refunds.
NO LIABILITY: Conference pricing may change without notice. You are solely responsible for your costs associated with participating in the conference including, but not limited to, the costs of lodging and travel to and from the conference; and shipping and safekeeping of any personal or business property sent to and from, or used in conjunction with your participation in the conference. MAGI encourages you to obtain insurance to protect against the loss, damage or theft of any personal or business property. |
