Printing Conference Book in Miami

1. On the Slides page, press the "Attending" button to download the pdf file.
2. Register at http://www.staplescopycenter.com. Select default store in Miami: 2121 Biscayne Blvd.
3. Click on "Create Copy Project."
4. Upload pdf file(s) in order.
5. Specify B&W, double-sided landscape, coil binding, clear plastic front cover, and back cover in color of your choice. Verify other settings.
6. Place order. Printing cost is 9-10 cents per page plus about $4 for coil binding with plastic covers.
7. Confirm that the print job was received and completed by calling 305.573.1680 x2.
8. Pick up conference book at:
   Staples
   2121 Biscayne Blvd
   (½ mile down Biscayne Blvd between 21st & 22nd St.)
