MAGI conferences feature balanced co-presentations from sponsors, sites and CROs, real-life examples, practical tips, and lots of interaction and networking. Please join us in Miami.

NEW: Sponsor Operations & Site Operations Tracks
Based on attendee feedback, we are adding two new tracks: Sponsor Operations and Site Operations. These tracks offer practical information for study managers, principal investigators, site managers, clinical research associates, and study coordinators.

New: Focus on Latin America
Nine sessions will address international topics, with a focus on Latin America.

Networking. The conference is structured to facilitate networking and promote lasting relationships. Meet people from all sides of the table in an open, friendly and energetic environment. Speakers are generally very accessible during the conference. Our new online networking system will give you a head start on meeting the people you want to meet. Help us build the MAGI community!

Attendance. Conference registration fees cover all meeting activities. Save with early-bird specials. Learn more. You may attend any session in any track, workshops, and all conference networking functions -- luncheons, networking breaks, evening reception, and more! Attendance is limited to no more than 500, so register today! Dress is business casual. Meeting rooms can be cool, so bring a sweater or light jacket. If you have special needs, e.g. dietary or handicapped access, contact Special Needs.

Professional Certification. MAGI meetings are the exclusive venue for Clinical Research Contract Professional (CRCP) certification exams. Demonstrate your professional competence to your employer, colleagues, negotiating partners, and yourself.

New: Continuing Education Credits
Over 20 nursing continuing education (CNE) credits will be available. Relevant CNE hours qualify not just for nursing, but also for ACRP, APPI, NAIM, PMI, PRIM&R, RACC, RAPS and SoCRA hours. For CLE credits, check with your state board.

New: Personalized Schedule and Slide Book. Use our new online system to create your own personalized schedule and book of conference materials, including a table of contents, customized certificate of attendance, and enumerated pages.

Speaking Opportunities. Some MAGI speakers are world-renowned experts in their fields; others are just experts. What they all have in common is a passion for clinical research and the generosity to share what they know. To speak at a MAGI conference, click here. To learn more, click here.

New: Scholarships. Free registration will be available for six unemployed clinical research professionals between jobs (not prior to their first clinical research jobs). For more information, contact the Conference Chairman.

Business Development Opportunities. If your firm provides solutions to clinical trial sponsors, sites or CROs, a conference partnership offers you the opportunity to increase your visibility and meet decision-makers in a focused audience. MAGI calls sponsors and exhibitors "partners" because you contribute to the educational content of the meeting. Because the focus of our exhibit area is education, rather than commerce, conference attendees visit exhibits to find out what they can learn. If you confirm your partnership early, a speaking role may be available. For more information, contact Partner Relations.

About MAGI. Our 3,000+ members represent clinical research sponsors, sites and CROs. Our objective is to streamline clinical research, starting with a flexible clinical trial model agreement, a database of state and international laws and regulations that affect clinical trial agreements, and educational activities. Norman M. Goldfarb, CRCP, founder and chairman of MAGI, is organizing and chairing this conference. Learn more.
